How do I stop this website from sending "Congrats on your first forum reply!" emails to me?
Two days ago, I made my first post to these forums. Now I'm being spammed with "Congrats on your first forum reply!" emails from this website. I am getting a new one every hour and a half or so. There is no obvious thing to do in the email to stop this. How do I stop support.mozilla.org from spamming me?

You go into the forum setting and turn it off. I turned mine off a few years ago because it was just tooooo many emails coming. see screenshot

All of those are already turned off. I'm still getting the emails, though.

can I attach the email here? There's a link to that settings page you pointed out, but as I was saying, everything there is already turned off.

How about here? see screenshot
Those are all unchecked for me too. I'm just getting the same copy of that "Congrats" email over and over again.
Ping this person to look into it via email from the forum. see screenshot
How do I ping them?
Hover over the icon for your account in the top right and you should get a drop down menu and they you'll see an option for Inbox. From there you can send her an email. see screenshot

Hey,
A GitHub issue has been opened based on your report. Hopefully, it will be resolved soon. Meanwhile, you can:
- Subscribe to the issue to get updates.
- As a temporary workaround, create a special folder for notifications@support.mozilla.org (which you'll be able to clean later).
