Not sure you are asking this here when this community support forum has nothing to with OS installs and this section you posted in is for desktop Firefox support.

To dual boot with Windows 11 and Linux Mint, it may be easiest to install Windows 11 first then make a space for Linux Mint. Though it is possible to install Windows like say 11 in dual boot after installing a Linux distro.
