I cannot use SwansonVitamins.com
It gives a Connection error and Swansons seems to think it is my browser problem. I haven't had problem with this site before and I don't have problems any place else. I turned off Malwarebytes Browser Guard, temporarily, and that didn't hgelp. I already cleared the history and that didn't help.

Thanks, jscher, I solved it by removing Duck Duck Go Essentials from my FF browser. I do use DUckDUckGo but I had forgotten about that extension and the browser has been very slow recently. Thanks.

Also, I can use Swansons with Chrome, but I don't want to. I can get to the website but if I try to look at a product or go to my cart, I get connection error.

I can visit the site, but since I don't have an account, I can't test signing in.
Does the connection error say Firefox cannot make a secure connection? Look for an error code in ALL_CAPS, either in the main error description or after clicking any "Advanced" button and share that in a reply here. (Spoiler alert -- I'll check this article: How to troubleshoot security error codes on secure websites.)
Any difference if you visit in a private window (Ctrl+Shift+P or right-click the link > Open Link in New Private Window)?
There is no difference for Private Window (this is something I know nothing about but I tried it) You can test it by clicking on a product and when the next page comes up, wait for it to load fully, I attached the pic of the error and it is not a FF error, no number. Also, click on the cart, even if it is empty, when the page comes up, wait until fully loaded and both of these make a connection error. Remember also that I can use Chrome without error so why not FF?

Hmm, it sounds like something is blocked. I can't replicate the error (cart displays fine), so perhaps there is a setting or add-on difference.
Tracking Protection
It works for me with Standard or Strict. If you have customized your Tracking Protection settings, could you test by clicking the shield icon at the left end of the address bar (next to the lock) and turning off Tracking Protection for the site?
Content Blocking Extensions
If you use anything like Adblock Plus, Blur, Disconnect, DuckDuckGo Privacy Essentials, Ghostery, NoScript, Privacy Badger, uBlock Origin or uMatrix, click the "puzzle piece" (Extensions) button to see whether making a site exception helps.
Indirect Connection
(A) If you are using a VPN when accessing these sites, try without the VPN.
When you are using a VPN, your IP address is from a remote system used by many strangers. So if that IP address is temporarily banned due to someone else's activity, that also will affect you. If you need the VPN, try selecting a different server or exit node in your VPN software.
(B) If you have customized any privacy preferences that affect browser requests -- for example, modifying your "user agent" or referring site header -- you may need to undo those changes
(C) Maybe your requests are modified by an intermediary (such as a proxy server, your security software, or an interloper)
Although most people are not intentionally using a proxy server, Firefox may discover one set up in your system settings. Sometimes forcing Firefox to ignore those settings helps with weird connection issues. Here's how:
Open the Settings page using either:
- "3-bar" menu button > Settings
- (menu bar) Tools > Settings
- type or paste about:preferences into the address bar and press Enter/Return to load it
In the very tiny search box at the top of the page, type proxy and Firefox should filter to the "Network Settings" section of the page.
Click the Settings button, change the top setting to "No Proxy" and then click the OK button at the bottom of the dialog to save your change.
Any difference?
I don't use any of these protections that you list and not VPN. Furthermore, I've used this site for years and trouble just started on Thursday and I can't think of anything that I have changed. However, I will check out as you describe but it will have to wait until tomorrow. Thanks alot for getting me this far and maybe finishing it up tomorrow.
