Firefox completed an update today and all of my history is gone. Previous tabs can't be recovered. Even my bookmarks menu looked different. I was signed into my firefox account to prevent precisely this from happening. Where can I recover my history?

You currently appears to be using 102 ESR and that version hasn't received an update today, but the current 110 release has received the 110.0.1 minor update, so it could be that you switched to another version (102.8.0 ESR) for some reason along with a different profile that doesn't have your history and other personal data.

How many profiles do you have? You can check compatibility.ini in a profile to see what Firefox version last used this profile.
