Hi! I just did a Firefox refresh to fix the slow browser issue and instead of saving all of my bookmarks and passwords, everything was deleted. I've tried to restore but that is failing as well. How do I get everything back?

I'm not sure what happened but the problem eventually corrected itself while I was in the process of troubleshooting again.
