Trying to install Firefox on Samsung Devices. Tried 2 different devices and getting an Error 505. Other apps are installing fine so it does not appear to be a Google Play Store issue. The install process is the Google Play app. Mozilla can only provide basic suggestions for users with Play Store issues. Google provides troubleshooting steps at https://support.google.com/googleplay/troubleshooter/6241347

Google provides a US phone number for Play Store support https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/6179357

If neither of those work then create a forum post on the Google Play support forum at https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!newtopic/play stating that you are getting a 505 error installing an app
