Cannot figure out how to bypass the "Secure Connection Failed" page. It is a government page. I've tried to figure this out and can't find a solution online.

Something is wrong with your settings if you cannot load a secure web page.

I would reinstall Firefox WITHOUT uninstalling your current version. If you uninstall your current version first you may lose your settings and favorites.

Hi wmaggy, does the "Learn More" provide any additional information specific to that site? If not, could you post the URL so we could take a look at it?

Your Profile settings like Bookmarks, passwords etc are not in the Program folder but in a separate place.

Not being able to create an exception can possibly happen if you open the page in a frame or if you are in permanent Private Browsing mode (Always use Private Browsing mode; never remember history).
