Your support site did not answer my question. I am very angry that I can't speak with anyone for Firefox tech support. I now want to switch my browser to Safari, which I repeatedly am told is a more user-friendly browser.

I have clearly identified Firefox as the culprit in not being able to access my email account the last two days. The issue is not with my email server and I can access my email through Safari.

Please reply ASAP!

Sad to hear that you faced so much problem from last few days. But i would like to hear in detail what exactly was the issue which you where facing. For that please tell us the specification of the browser you were using and have you tried after resting it.

How do I import settings into Safari?

Sounds like a question for Safari support. Sorry, I haven't used Safari for a number of years now and don't recall how "importing from another browser" worked in Safari.
