Firefox is updating addons automatically

I have the option "Update Add-ons Automatically" disabled, but when I run "Check for Updates", Firefox updates the addons. I want the function Check to only check, not install.

There's a Gear in the Addons Manager tab for dropdown menu - Reset All Addons to Update Manually.

Also, when you click More for each Addon there is Default - On - Off which can be used to allow Updates for that extension.
