I followed steps on second page. There was not a highlighted "Run" to click on, so I clicked where it said to" click here and it might take a few minutes, but worth the wait". When I click it sends me back to the previous page, and I cannot get it to start downloading. Thanks for your help. Paula

To make sure that you're starting in the right place, here is a link to the Firefox download page.

http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/

When you click to download you should have the option to run or save. If the run option hasn't worked for you I would suggest saving the downloaded file and then launching it (double clicking on it) once it finishes downloading. That should start the Firefox installation process.
