I want to sync with Iphone and another computer. I have followed the instructions many times. Even when I tried to register with another email account, there were no robot words and no window into which to type them. I have my sync code. On the existing account I have the email address but no recognizable password. What to do now?

From your description, they are several issues. You already have an account but you can not sync other devices.

If your computer is already synced and you are looking to add new devices, follow the instructions from this article: Use Sync to share your Firefox bookmarks, passwords and more with Firefox for mobile

Try it on Use Troubleshoot Mode in Firefox to make sure that there's no add-on messing up with the process.

If this doesn't work let me know exactly where is it failing.
