The most recent upgrade is awful, how can I go back to what I had?

Normally your upgrades are minor - after completing the most recent one the entire appearance changed and I can't find the "tools" button, the back arrow disappears, bookmarks are no longer apparent, google search is gone, now it's a screwy yahoo thing. The thing is incredibly non-intuitive. How do I get rid of the upgrade and go back to what was working well and where I could find things?

Didn't you read this page, which appears on the 1st run of Firefox 4.0?
http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/4.0/whatsnew/

It explains the new features in Firefox 4.0 and also explains the changes from the previous version.

That page may have explained the changes, but the changes still stink. So, is there an answer to the question of getting rid of the upgrade?
