After a power failure yesterday this is the only website that works.
Another browser works fine. Firefox won't load any other websites except this one. Firefox was running when the power failed.

How does "won't load" exhibit? Do you get any specific error message or screen after some time, or the connections never finish (if so, what does the status bar or networking tools say).
If you restart into Troubleshoot Mode (via Help menu), does anything change? Do you see anything off in about:networking pointing at e.g. proxy or DNS settings?
Have you tried more sites? Which of these do vs. do not work? support.mozilla.org www.mozilla.org addons.mozilla.org firefox-source-docs.mozilla.org bugzilla.mozilla.org beta.mozilla.org firefox.com detectportal.firefox.com httpforever.com example.net
