i lost all my data ,i deleted the document file in drivec and the app data by mistake, but im shur the syn was on

i deleted the document file in drive c and the app data by mistake, Im sure the syn was on for more than i can remember and even a few days ago i did the syn again, after the reboot i signed in and did the syn ,there was nothing at all please help me

Hi there,

If you can recover your AppData folder, that would be the best option. If not, I would recommend reinstalling Firefox and signing in to your Mozilla account again.
