Since a few days it is impossible to click on some links on websites in Firefox, which will direct to other pages. Using other browsers they will work properly.

Steps to replicate and examples would help us help you. Windows home or pro and what security software are you running besides MS Defender?

I am opening this page e.g.: https://german.literotica.com/s/rebecca-i?page=2 When scrolling to the bottom of the page you see some links on right side (see red boxes on screenshot attached) These links can't be touched in any way (like clicked or highlighted)

Yes, I am able to replicate your issue. I was able to click on those links using the browser that comes from KDE. You will need to submit a bug if you want devs to look at the issue.
