Shopify Theme Editor suddently no longer accessible with Firefox - what to do?!

Hello everyone,

until the week before last, I was able to use the Shopify Store/ Theme Editor without any problems with Firefox on Windows (desktop). I disabled Ghostery and AdBlock, cleared the cache, am using the current version Firefox etc.

Without changing anything, I can no longer open the Theme Editor now– I keep getting the error message "there was a problem loading this page." Shopify support could not help and deferred me to Firefox.

A different browser isn't really a solution, although I can theoretically open the Theme Editor on Opera, for example.

Does anyone have any ideas how I can fix this, and access my shopify shop theme editor again via firefox?! Thanks in advance!!

of course I have. they deferred me to firefox as it seems to be browser specific - hence my request here.

That is their software not Mozilla software. They made and created it for Firefox browser. That is their responsibility to insure it works for Firefox browser.

Tell Shopify that?! It works on other browsers and Shopify deferred me to Mozilla. It seems to be something with the last update. Do you have any helpful suggestions for an actual solution?
