My passwords are saved to my android phone, and home PC but I am trying to get them into my work PC and they will not show up. I had a master password turned on briefly but it was not functioning how I wanted it (enter the master password before it would put any of the other passwords in instead of once on start up). Now I turned the master password off, sync is turned on for both the android browser and the work pc, the phone has the passwords but the pc does not.

Sync isn't a instantaneous sync to other devices. It takes time to sync from device to sync server back to device. They must be connect sign-in for it to work properly. And also they account should be the same Mozilla account sync for both devices to connect.
