I support you could manually delete Bookmarks related files as mentioned in https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profiles-where-firefox-stores-user-data#w_what-information-is-stored-in-my-profile

Though I suggest having a copy of the Profile first if there are other things in the Profile you do not want to lose.
