AutoScroll does not work in latest 117 build
Since the most recent update, the ability to autoscroll using the scroll wheel click isnt working even when the use autoscroll checkbox is checked.

Autoscroll works for me on middle-click with "Use autoscrolling" enabled in settings.
Does it still happen in Troubleshoot Mode?
even in troubleshooting mode it doesnt work.
What happens if you click the mouse scroll wheel on empty (inactive) space on a webpage? Can you scroll the page with the scroll wheel?
What mouse drive software (make) do you use ?
Boot the computer in Windows Safe Mode with network support to see if that has effect.
