Office 2010 reached its "End of Life" [https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/end-of-support-for-office-2010-3a3e45de-51ac-4944-b2ba-c2e415432789 in October 2020] and it has not been receiving security updates for newly discovered vulnerabilities. You should consider either updating Office -- which won't necessarily resolve its stupidity about a missing/uninstalled browser -- or, if the budget does not permit using Microsoft, take a look at LibreOffice, a free, open-source office suite: https://www.libreoffice.org/
