Hi I would like to get information how to fix my issue with Firefox on Windows 10. I am using the latest version of FF, I have disabledd all plugins/addoms, and when I am trying to add payment method on https://my.gomo.ie/home it's not working, when I try to pay my bill on the same site, also not working and error messages (nothing specific), on other websites, I can't use ReCaptcha. Everything mentioned above is working in incognito mode of Firefox, so I am guessing something is blocking sites in the standard version of Firefox, and I have no idea what, to summary: - Updated browser - All installed plugins are disabled (at the time, now I've come back to all of them) - Catche files and history cleared - Browser restarted - Windows 10 is updated

So what else I can do? Thanks in advance.

Make sure you are not blocking content.

Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

You could try telling Firefox to forget about the website. You need to have a link for it in your history. Right-click and select Forget About This Site. Make sure you have your user name and password backed up first as the procedure can evidently delete that data.

Clearing cache and data (I don't know how many times) does not help, disabling addons, does not help. Disabling enhanced protection, does not help. Safe mode, yeah, everything working, but I still don't know why I can't log in to some websites, ReCaptcha does not work. Please help, because I think I will be forced to say goodbye to FF after so many years, losing hope now.

You can create a new profile as a quick test to see if your current profile is causing the problem.

See "Creating a profile":

If the new profile works then you can transfer files from a previously used profile to the new profile, but be cautious not to copy corrupted files to avoid carrying over problems.
