Bookmark LIBRARY + opening order

I don't know how it happened but... when I fully open the Bookmark Library, i.e. go to Menu Bar, click Bookmarks, click Manage, the Library opens by default at the bottom of the left hand column, i.e. at Other Bookmarks folder. How do I get it to open at the top?
