Hi...My Firefox account is up to date. I keep having the problem of not being able to open my bank account or pharmacy account. It's been happening for a couple of months.

So, I have to open up Chrome (Ugh) to log in to my banking & pharmacy accounts.

What could I be doing wrong?

Make sure you are not blocking content.

Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
