I just need to recover my mozilla personas account. I recently got an email saying that someone had reviewed one of my themes, which i had completely forgotten about. Now I'm trying to log into that account to update and add some themes, but every time I go to log in it just asks me to make a new account. How can I contact mozilla account support to help resolve this issue?

In 2016, the Firefox add-ons website for submitted themes and browser extensions changed to the Firefox Accounts system. See Access your add-ons with Firefox Accounts.

The Firefox Account allows you to log into many Mozilla services with the same account, rather than multiple accounts.

If you haven't migrated over already to the new system, you need to create a Firefox Account with the same email address that was on your old Firefox Personas account (the email that received notice about the review). That should move all of your themes/add-ons over to that new Firefox Account.

If you already have a Firefox Account with that email address set as the primary, you should be able to just login with that Firefox Account and everything should move over.

If you have a Firefox Account under a different email address that you want to put the themes and add-ons under, change the primary email address to the one that was listed on your Firefox Personas account, login to the Firefox add-ons website and then change the primary email address back to what you had it set to before.
