Hi a hacker got into my account and tried syncing and resetting my account password. It sent emails to me for this, didn't click on any links in the email just went straight to mozilla in my browser to reset my password. When i try it says your email was just returned and ive forgotten my password as its been a while since ive used firefox and none of my usual passwords are working.

Your best bet is to make another account, If you forgot the password to your hacked account you probably have no chance of getting it back.
