Themes are not syncing across four Windows-10 laptops. In the past, when I installed a theme in one laptop, it automatically updated the other three laptops to the new theme within 5 minutes. Currently, I have to manually install the theme in each laptop. All of the other add-ons and the bookmarks sync correctly.
