Up untill today my GoDaddy email login worked fine, now it doesn't, still works on IE, Godaddy assures me the problem is with firefox, how do i fix this problem
i need to log in to my godaddy email, worked fine till today, cleared everything still does not work, why no phone support???

HI, please give this a try : uninstall Firefox. Then Delete the Mozilla Firefox Folders in C:\Program Files , C:\Program Files(x86) & C:\ProgramData Then restart system. Then run Windows Disk Cleanup. (Note: This should be Pinned and run Weekly, If never done below expect 10's of gig's) Then run it again and click the button that says Cleanup System Files. Note: your Firefox Profile is saved. But you should make a back up before you do :

Reinstall with Current Release Firefox 61.0.0 with a Full Version Installer

this did not work, followed the directions exactly and no go, almost the whole godaddy website doesn't work, and it works fine in IE
Then that means it's something else and not a FF issue here then.
