I can't download Adobe Flash player 20. It is on my hard drive. It will not update. Still running Player 16. Anti virus is off.

I have not been able to get Adobe Flash player 20 from my hard drive to Mozilla. I turned off all security programs, all maintenance programs, I tried downloading from Mozilla, Adobe, cNet.com.

Adobe 20 is on my hard drive and will not translate to Mozilla. What is my solution?

I am getting ready to dump Mozilla altogether if this doesn't get fixed.

I prefer Mozilla but I have been using Chrome in it's place.

Flash: Grab the uninstaller from here: Uninstall Flash Player | Windows Uninstall Flash Player | Mac

Then reinstall the latest version.

Note: Windows 8 and Windows 10 have built in flash players and Adobe will cause a conflict.

Adobe still offers Flash 18.0.0.268 as its extended support release further down
