I set up Sync, but it does not work. The open tabs on one computer do not load to the other computer.
I have Firefox on my old laptop (PC) with 300+ tabs open. I want to keep those tabs and transfer them so I can see them in Firefox on my new laptop (also PC). So I created my Sync account in Firefox on the old laptop, then logged in with the same account in Firefox on the new laptop. But my tabs were not there. How do I transfer my open tabs?

Gotcha, ya that is similar to saving all the tabs in the session, not to worry this is just my description of it is different.
Anyway, I understand that you want the active tabs to appear on the second computer. It appears in a different place: about:sync-tabs and in the menu History > Tabs from Other devices
It will only sync the active session/actively synced computers.

HI jeffshelby1, Past sessions are not really synced, they have to be actively syncing to be seen in these places:
- about:sync-tabs
- On mobile: in a new tab swipe to the left to see "Synced Tabs" listed by the connected device.
Hi - thanks for your reply but I don't understand what you mean. I'm not talking about past sessions. I have a current session with 300+ tabs open on my old laptop, and it is set up with Sync. I also activated sync on my new laptop, and I expected the open tabs from the old laptop to appear, but they did not. What am I doing wrong?

Thank you! This worked fine.
