'between' column blank after update

Hi,

I have the conversations 2.7 extension installed and enabled

I after updating to TB 3.10, the between column has gone blank - there are no details of the people involved in the conversation for each subject.

Everything was working before the update.

If I disable the conversations extension the from field works.

Disabling and renabling the extension, as well as removing and re-installing the extension does not fix the problem.

Does anyone have any ideas how to fix this?

I'm using the up to date Conversations version 2.8.

when I switched it on: View > Conversation View I noticed the same issue regarding 'Between' column. I also experienced other issues such as buttons not functioning. Expand collapse was stuck in collapsed mode and text overlaid. The 'Show this conversation in a new tab' failed to work. opening in a tab got stuck 'Loading' and the header area looked wrong.

This had never occured before regardless of TB version.

I had also just updated to Thunderbird 31.0, but had closed and restarted since. then I selected the Conversation View to see errors. But needed to Close and reopen to get it to work.

I closed Thunderbird, waited for processes to finalise and then Opened Thunderbird. Now it works ok.

Suggest you first get the latest version of Conversations. Then perform a restart.

Hmm, i am not sure why i didn't see conversations 2.8 as available earlier.

Updating and restarting has indeed sorted everything out.

Thanks.
