New Tab is missing
I downloaded something and obviously somewhere it downloaded some website too put it as a home page, put a toolbar and so on but that's ok I took them off BUT the new tab appears now with this site and I can't bring back to appear with the sites that I use at most - this application that you have - Please tell me how to make them appear back :(

hello eli, you can either install the searchreset addon to get rid of the problem or manually reset the page that opens on each new tab.
enter about:config into the firefox location bar (confirm the info message in case it shows up), search for the preference named browser.newtab.url and double-click & change its value to about:newtab.

If you've downloaded and installed a Firefox extension or other (external) software then you may need to uninstall such software.
Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).
- Do not click the Reset button on the Safe mode start window or otherwise make changes.

You can check for problems with preferences and try to rename or delete the prefs.js file and possible numbered prefs-##.js files and a possible user.js file to reset all prefs to the default values.
