Every time I open Firefox a new Pop Up box asks me to RENEW firefox. I HAVE renewed firefox but the Pop Up box will not go away.

By Renew, do you mean update Firefox? Firefox never needs renewal (there is no subscription). But the version of firefox you have is out of date (and insecure). So you can take care of this message by going to www.getfirefox.com and downloading and installing the newest version. Don't worry, all your personal data will be safe, and the upgrade it free and will make your Firefox faster and more secure
