my cursor wont change to a hand to sign in or log in on any site

I can surf all websites and click on subjects but cannot click on anything at the top tool bar- for example i can surf and click ebay but cannot click on my ebay or sell item the cursor will not change to a hand. I can only do a general surf on any site

Both the Yahoo! Toolbar extension and the Babylon extension have been reported to cause an issue like that. Disable or uninstall those add-ons.
