You may be able to do that with the LastPass add-on https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/lastpass-password-manager/

I don't know about the maximum but it does support multiple info for the same domain / URL. Please note that the app is basically a secure online backup solution for passwords and whatever is created is mirrored to an online backup site.

Great suggestion. It works great. It just takes a little configuration to make it all work.
