Every time I open Firefox, I get an error about Proxy settings not found.

Every time I open Firefox I am prompted that the "Proxy Server is refusing connections" so I go to Options - Advanced - Network - Connection Settings and I change it to "No Proxy" and it works until I close all my FF windows and open it again then I get the same error. There is no way for me to save my changes and I have no idea what to do. Can anyone help me?

Start Firefox in Use Troubleshoot Mode in Firefox to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
