i just upgraded to new version of firefox and lost my bookmarks. i reviewed you section on lost bookmarks and suggestions do not seem to apply to getting bookmarks back. please advise and thank you!

Backing up and Restoring Bookmarks

Check and tell if its working.

A possible cause is a problem with the file places.sqlite that stores the bookmarks and the history.
