Why can't I do a right-menu search when I have a selected text in a web textbox?

I'm running a FF4 on a w7os. I noticed that it is impossible to select a text in a web editable textbox and do a right-click menu search. I've noticed on a ff3.6 too, so it should be easily reproducible.

it would be hard on any browser to have this option , i have tried another browser after i read this problem . but i found that it's not exist

as a developer i think it would be little hard to add this feature to an editable text box

Ok, it seems I missed a key part of the story: I have a Context Search, really cool plugin that suits my workflow. When it is enabled and a text is selected in text box, it does offer (Search Google for "selected text")(picture 1) menu item, which does start a new tab with Google as it should be, but does not do a search. When it's disabled, only standard text box right menu shows up, so it is obvious that I came to the wrong place; I'll contact the author of the plugin. Or not?

edit: pictures added, part of the reply deleted. Well, this is bit odd. In Context Search plugin there is a option to show standard context item, so this may be Firefox problem after all - you can tell because CS submenu item actually works (picture 2), unlike main menu item which is, I think, Firefox controlled. I can tell because Firefox language is Croatian, and Context Search is English. I'm confused, any thoughts?
