I accidently deleted my 'recently bookmarked' tab, how do I get it back?

I've been trying and doing everything I can think of to get it back, just short of re-installing Firefox. Can someone tell me if I can fix without having to do that, I'd really like to keep all my bookmarks, add-ons, sites and saved passwords.

If you deleted it from the Bookmarks, I am sorry there is no way to recover it back. You may try to search the Browsing history.
