Someone has used a wallpaper I made to make a persona as if it's his/her own

I just saw that a user here on this site, who creates personas, has used one of my wallpapers to make two personas. Although the original art is not mine, I still worked on that wallpaper and that person just took it and used it for his own purposes. If he/she asked it would've been way better but this is like stealing. My question is: can those personas, please, be deleted or something like that?
