My app stopped working on my laptop and got reinstalled but I don't remember my password so lost all my bookmarks and passwords
My app crashed and I don't have my current password saved so when I reinstalled the app on my laptop I can't get into it or access my bookmarks/saved passwords to accounts.

Hi Rhonda, sorry to hear about this problem.
Just to clarify, you do not have your Mozilla account login information, so you can't use Sync to recover data from your old installation of Firefox?
Did you have any other devices connected to your account (phone, tablet, etc.) that still have access?
