Fonts are not scaled correctly. Too big and overlapping and too small on same page. Not scaling to fit page. Worse on Youtube and gmail. Screen shot is from this page!

This looks like an accessibility adjustment — do you use that intentionally? Did it use to work (better(?)) in past, or render differently?

There are a few places where this might be set, but probably the first thing to consider is: do you want to have the interface and the websites "large" to begin with?
