The current locations the built-in VPN in desktop Firefox it has been rolled out in since June 9th as mentioned in https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/built-in-vpn

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Thailand, United Kingdom and United States


The "Mozilla VPN" refers to the standalone subscription based Mozilla VPN app https://www.mozilla.org/products/vpn/
