Hi
Mozilla does not sell your personal data or browsing activity to third parties.
1. Firefox Built-in VPN (free). Mozilla explicitly states that they do not sell your browsing data and do not inject ads into your traffic to monetize the free tier. It is important to note that the free version is usually browser-level protection. It secures traffic inside Firefox.
2. The Mozilla VPN (Paid). This is full-device, powered by the WireGuard protocol. It protects all your device's traffic (not just the browser) and operates under a strict no-log policy.
You can find all the legal details in the Mozilla Privacy Policy.

It would be a very hot topic here, at mozillaZine forums and elsewhere if your question was true.
