Some possible steps:
- check settings>privacy&security to be sure that cookies are accepted
- click settings>general and UNTICK the account setup feature (see screenshot). It' still experimental
- click new account>email
- enter JUST your name and email address and press enter key. Do NOT enter password.
Those steps often work. If problems persist, posting a screenshot at the point where error appears may help (and please post full content of error message itself in English). Thank you
