There is no setting in the calendar for a recurring date on the "last workday" of each month

There is currently no setting in the Thunderbird calendar for a recurring date on the "last workday" of each month. This is very necessary for certain recurring dates, such as payments issued online monthly on that date.

This function is included e.g. in the Nextcloud calendar app, but not in the Thunderbird mail calendar.
