Hello,

Here are some possible ways to troubleshoot and fix the solution ;

  1. Clear Cache & Cookies: Settings > Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data > Manage Data, search for WhatsApp, and remove it.
  2. Disable Extensions: Temporarily turn off privacy tool extensions that might block the site.
  3. Force Refresh: Ctrl+F5 or Ctrl+Shift+R (Mac: Cmd+Shift+R)
  4. Troubleshoot Mode: (Help > Troubleshoot Mode) to check for problematic extensions
  5. Check Privacy Settings: If you use "Delete cookies and site data when Firefox is closed," ensure an exception is added for web.whatsapp.com.
  6. Re-pair Device: Log out of all sessions on your mobile WhatsApp app and re-scan the QR code.
