What are your settings? They should be:

incoming IMAP server: imap.telenet.be, 993, SSL/TLS, normal password, email address

incoming POP server: doll.telenet.be, 995, SSL/TLS, normal password, email address

outgoing SMTP server: smtp.telenet.be, 587, STARTTLS, normal password, email address
