Did you try with Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode?

Also clear the browser cache. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-clear-firefox-cache#

It works for me. see screenshot Are you getting any error messages? What OS? What version of Firefox? If windows, what security software are your running?
