Hi , can anyone help, Been using Thunderbird email for a few years now & many of my emails saved to folders have just disappeared on me , many of them important. Why would this be ? where are they gone ? I didn't delete them myself & its in lots of folders not just one. Appreciate any info on this.

Is this an IMAP or POP account? Were the folders part of the account or were they Local Folders?
