we use Thunderbird for emails on my work, while I was at working from home, colleague made that all the mails i get automatically send to my private g mail. It was good while i was working from home, but now I'm back in the office, and don't need work mails on my private g mail. how to disable that function on Thunderbird app?

He may have set this up with an email Filter. These can be accessed at Hamburger (top right)/Tools/Message Filters. Delete the appropriate filter if this is how he did it.

I also suggest you check your gmail account online, as that has the facility to forward to another account.
